I can't give you a specific answer to the timeframe...not giving your location doesn't help either. Sometimes budgets get cut in areas for various reasons. Usually if video wasn't approved in one area and it was for another then the dollars seeem to flow where they can get more bang for the immediate investment. Now don't be offended when I say this. This project is a tremendous financial strain to get everything up and running.
Is this something you can look forward to if you go to fios? Of course not. Once it's in place the service is amazing.
I'm curious though...how did you make out with the Consumer affairs?
regards,
Walt

It was like that for me too. There's more to the service than just fiber by the way. They have to provision your main offices and etc to be ready for all those customers. The minute service is available, you will usually hear about it.

I am in the same boat. I keep getting the run around.....And a little fed up..
My next door neighbor has it , my neighbor behind me has it its been in our neighborhood for 16 mo. It's burried in my freekin lawn on two sides of my house. evidently Verizon doesn't want my money.... more problem than it's worth
I'm looking at other options
