I signed up for autopay online and received an email thanking me for updating CC info Aug 9, 2014.
In January still PENDING. I updated CC info today and still PENDING.
Chat was no help. They said it could be 60 days from enrolling-- it has been 7 months. No confirmation or denial emails.
I signed up for paperless billing and receive no emails re bill available for viewing.
Anyone else with similar issues? Were they resolved?

Obviously something went wrong for you. I would quess that normally one full billing cycle at most before it kicks in.
Hopefully Elizabeth S. will get someone to help you.
