I have had multiple issues with customer service reprentatives via phone and chat today; I made a call to the retention center to cancel my account and was disconnected! Who can I talk to about my future with Verizon who will not provide me with poor service?

Our suggestion would be to call again so that you get a different agent, and talk to them about any account changes.

How many times does anyone want to spend time waiting for another rep? It's never the same answer to problem.

File a complaint to the BBB. In reality - Verizon could care less about customer service. The agents rarely seem to put info in your customer record, so if they do something stupid, like transfer a customer requesting a supervisor to a phone sex line (yes, it happened to us) - there is no record or consequence.
