I have had multiple issues with customer service reprentatives via phone and chat today; I made a call to the retention center to cancel my account and was disconnected! Who can I talk to about my future with Verizon who will not provide me with poor service?
File a complaint to the BBB. In reality - Verizon could care less about customer service. The agents rarely seem to put info in your customer record, so if they do something stupid, like transfer a customer requesting a supervisor to a phone sex line (yes, it happened to us) - there is no record or consequence.
