Seems like just a short time ago, I could access my space with Filezilla FTP software - I in fact WAS doing that just as recently as 8/22!
Now, it won't connect. Tried the "sitebuilder" page or whatnot and it asks for my password, etc. I tried both the username and password for the old FTP access - no go. How about the pair for my Verizon account itself - NO GO.
Then, I try to have them reset my password using the email I signed up for Verizon with -NOOOO GOOOOOO.
What is going on here? I know they blocked FTP access but aren't they going to allow us SOME WAY TO ACCESS AND ALTER OUR FILES?!?

Nothing has been announced, and from what I know it's been a game of jumping hoops with no end for some who are trying to get their site content or delete it.

Wow. Just. . . wow. How is this even possible? What a complete joke.
Yet my technical problem remains unaddressed in any official capacity.
Priorities, people. Verizon's got 'em!

The battle continues. . .
Managed to find where you can access options to:
Edit my Website
Update my Settings
Manage my Website
Here:
http://www22.verizon.com/ForYourHome/MyAccount/Protected/Services/MyServices.aspx
However, those three links all lead back to the starting page, here:

Seriously?!?

Totally infuriating. You can't delete files, which means you can't reduce your plan, which means you're out $$$ every month you can't delete files!
