I am having issues with an Xbox 360 not being able to download an update. My last troubleshoot is to reset my router with the correct ports open and turn off the firewall.
Is there somewhere on our FIOS TV menu screen to do this? If not, I am clueless.

you have to log into your fios router and add them. You can get a lot of cool instructionals at www.verizon.com/quickguides

I hope this works because Xbox is telling me that my memory unit is bad, but this is the only step I haven't tried yet. Thank you!
