I am posting to this forum because I am deeply disatisfied with the customer service I have received with Verizon Fios. I would like to be contacted to resolve an ongoing issue with an erroneous Unreturned Equipment Charge for my account. The fact that I am even having to post to this forum regarding this issue truly underscores the serious problems Verizon Fios has with adequate customer service. I look forward to talking with someone shortly regarding this matter.
