Last year, I came to the forums regarding a problem I had with my Fios bill being too high and not the price that I was promised. Someone named Julie contacted me and told me she could set up the low price for only a year and after the year was over, to contact her again and she will lower the price for the 2nd year. I tried calling her and the number isn't in service anymore. Is there anyone I can talk to regarding this issue?
