How to set up FIOS internet after Vista full restore?

I'm running Windows Vista on my Dell home computer. I'm planning to restore the system to factory settings, and reinstall software. What to I need to do to get my FIOS internet back up & running after I do the system restore? My router is MI424-WR.

Getting access to the internet will be high priority so I can download drivers and software updates to complete my system restore.

If you are connecting with an ethernet cable, then the only prep you should need to do is to make sure the drivers for your NIC (Network Interface Card) are installed. If you are connecting wirelessly, your wireless adapter's drivers need to be installed. FiOS is pretty much plug and play.
