Just like when you go to hotels or starbucks how can I setup the new router to have a welcome page with a legaldisclosure informaton?

The Actiontec routers do not have a guest network.

The Quantum Gateway router currently does not have a guest network.  Verizon's marketing emails claim that a future firmware upgrade will add guest network support.  They have not provided a date.
