I canceled comcast and one reason I decided to join Verizon was becasue they were offering me Netflix free for 12 months. I called after a month of service and after getting the runaround for 30 minutes a gentelman told me that it was going to be emailed to me. Again 30+ days and nothing. I must say Comcast CS is horrible however Verizon is a close second. Lying to customers to get their money is just down right WRONG!
