Feels great to be able to help my friends give them better deals on internet and TV.
So far I switched 2 of my friends and 3rd one is in process on the 17th.
They will be saving about 30$ versus TWC and faster and better internet service.
However I wanted to ask fios mods here if they could waive the activation fee for them including me (it's 4 fios) installations and I never seen activation fee (49.99) it was always waived online.
I am bringing you customers from competition can you guys at least wave the activation for them?
No, we have never "opened tickets". We can, if there is a technical issue that has not been resolved, pass it along to Verizon agents, but that is the extent of what a moderator can do. It is up to customers to contact Verizon themselves when they need assistance.
That is what I am talking about.. private discussion with people who have the power.
