In-Home Agent doesn't launch

The In-Home Agent doesn't launch, I see the launch screen and "VzIHAUM.exe" pops in Processes but eventually it goes away.

  • WinXP SP3
  • tried uninstall/reinstall, restart laptop
  • dell vostro 2510
  • even tried to stop my anti-spyware just in case it was blocking
  • no firewall on
  • 1.79 GHz, 3GRAM, memory is def not an issue
Any suggestions?
