In-Home Agent problem

My computer will not allow me to install In-Home Agent. Keep getting error. Error box says press continue and error will be skipped. Well, Did this and the screen for the In-Home Installer shows up-and locks up screen. I am on fios. I had In-Home installed last year, However some time in the last 4 months of 2010, Program went "Bye-Bye!.". What gives?

Last time I tried with similar results - problem is that I have Windows 7 x64.  IHA does not support 64 bit platforms, even in compatibility mode.  That answer was strange in that when I had Vista x64 it worked.  So something has changed.
