When trying to install VISS package I get message indicating that I need to remove Verizon Internet Security Suite (which is the very software I'm trying to install). So thinking that maybe there is an older version miraculously on my PC I check the Add/Remove program list and it is not there. So I reboot and it starts all over again. This is the kind of thing that makes ya want to throw the computer off the roof and go back to pen and paper. Any suggestions?
