Inconsistent promotion

10/ 28/2016 recevied a fly promotion

10/29/2016 contacted verizon rep. did not find the promotion on fly, but offer a different rate with a little discount compare to current rate. stated had difficult tech issue, apologized. promise will call me within 2 days, never called.

11/20/2016 chat with verizon online rep again, found excellent deals, 50m for only $20. mo. failured to complete stated tech issue.

11/20/2016 chat with another verizon online rep, stated $20/50m is not available, but $39.99 is availabe. requested to update, failured and claimed it was system issue. suggest to contact 1-800.

11/21/2016 called verizon, rep saw the $39.99 deal, but not able to apply. Forward the call to supervisor name Carrie. She was apology, but insist there is never had $39.99 deal at all even for new customer. 

I dont know what to say, the marketing, internet chat and 1800 seem do not coopearte/backup each other.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
