Incorrect billing

I have an issue with my first bill. The details of my story are specified below:

13 Oct 2015

I have opened Verizon website and check servise availability for my address. It was specified that I could have additional "FIOS-ready" (fiber ready) discount for 150/150 Internet. I created order and got the following quote:

1 month - free

2-12 month - $49.99

13-24 month - $59.99

Plus $199 for Gateway (buy) and $40 for connection service fee.

I have recieved email with preview of my order. The price was much highter:

1-12 month $84.99

13-24 month $94.99

Plus $149 for Gateway (buy) and $40 for connection service fee.

I had a chat with Verizon representative and it was specified, that it is a mistake and "FIOS-ready" discount $40 should be applied on my bill.

I have received bill with hightest rate (as specified in previous email):

1-12 month $84.99

13-24 month $94.99

Plus $149 for Gateway (buy) and $40 for connection service fee.

Just check on Verizon website for my address as new customer - it is $64.99 for first year and $74.99 for the second without any special "FIOS-ready" discounts WHICH IS CHIPPER than my current bill with additional discounts!

Tried to contact with Verizon representative - "Barbara(16:13:53): After reviewing your Order confirmation email, I show the Estimated bill summary to be the same, $84.99."

Question 1: How can I recieve the bill which was proposed by online application with 'FIOS-ready' discount?

Question 2: Why my current bill with extra discounts is higher than proposed via online website?

Qestion 3: How can I cancel my Verizon contract within first month (it was promissed to be free) and return back to Comcast to cheaper price (150 internet+TV for $72/mon)?

Hi DiamD,

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
