Incorrect charge. No phone # to call.

There's an incorrect chare on my Fios bill, an extra $80 cancelation charge when I never canceled the service. There is no phone number on the website to call for Fios billing issues, and no way to get help with it online. This is ridiculous.

The phone number for Verizon Customer Support is 1-800-VERIZON.  You may also visit our Support page for a variety of ways to contact Verizon, including “Ask Verizon,” our virtual chat agent.  For billing questions, please contact Verizon during normal business hours.
