My FIOS was scheduled for today. Checked last night and all set for between 8-9. Then this morning my order disappears and later shows my install for December 31, 2059. I'm being charged already of course... now only 41 more years to wait. Anyone have contact number or chat for on weekends. I get voice message that they're only open M-F and nothing on website to help. TIA.

1-800-VERIZON they do use off shore reps but you may want to wait a short time (Monday) call between 8 am till 5 pm eastern daylight time to speak to a American agent. Hey what’s a few days when you have a 41 year wait for service 😀
i will I’ll admit I loved your post it should be given an award for the best amusing post I have ever read. I commend your patience and sense of humor.
The site above is verizon social media from DSL Reports and are very good at assisting. Another fellow here said to use Twitter to get assistance.
