We hired a guy to put the lines into the walls for Fios. Later, after he was done, e was wondering if a Cat 5 e cable was necessary. This is Friday p.m., and the Fios guy is coming early Monday. Do I need to call the independent installer back and set him to do that? Or have things so improved that the Cat 5e is not necessary. Is that something the Fios technician might be able to do? I do not want to pay the $99 fee twice. Thanks for any help you can give.
