I recently switced to fios and got the instant internet. I am hard wired in when I test my speeds and havent even come close to 750/750 its usually around 350/300.

First try and test to speedtest.verizon.net
That is on their network and the only thing they can control speed to.
I assume your service is connected via ehternet to ONT.
And your router is fairly new as well as PC using to run the test?

You could try the link above for Verizon direct on DSL Reports.
i believe you may need to be provisioned for the 750/750 and be in certain areas that Fios serves to use it.
I would simply call 1-800-VERIZON and tell them to reset your ONT and router and see if the account is provisioned properly.
or you can look at the Fios section at http://www.dslreports.com and you can troubleshoot and tweak on your own.
