Instructions for resetting factory pw on Verizon router not accessible

The on-line support link to instructions for resetting factory settings of router username and password only takes me to an error page. Yes, I am connected to web and can navigate elsewhere. Any suggestions?

How do I login to the Verizon router

To follow up to my own question, if there are no suggestions regarding the error page issue, can somone post the instructions for resetting factory UN & PW for Verizon MI424-WR router?
