Lately, having serious issues. Contacted FIOS support, and was told I have bad router, so they swapped it. All good for few days, but problem started again.
Regular browsing is not affected. My office VPN disconnects. When I monitor the bandwidth, is see 0 kbps for both up and down for a minute and then reestablishes.
The log from the router shows:

I was recently having some issues with speeds, and after the router was replaced they finally sent a tech out. It turned out to be a network problem on the other side. In my case I had some strange intermittent issues, such as great upload speed but a next to nothing or gone download, etc. Even when it worked, it lacked the consistency that it had for the 10 or so previous years.
In my case I couldn't get a tech out until the router was replaced, but since you have already done that a service call might be your only option.
