Today my Internet light on my router went orange and my internet doesn't work. My computer wireless symbol shows full bars but I have no internet connection. I've unplugged my router, and I've flipped the switch on the back of the router. Neither has worked. Is there anything else I can try?

Call 1-800-VERIZON and have them troubleshoot the issue.
you could try doing a full reset of the router via the little recessed red button with a pen tip or paper clip. Press it in and count to 10 then let it get fully up to working status. Remember any settings you put in are now gone. So you will need the master password and original wifi network passwords since it is back to factory.
