Whenever I want to download the Internet parental control software here http://my.verizon.com/micro/parentalcontrol/Default.aspx I get the following message:
We're sorry, but this free software download is available only to Verizon broadband service subscribers.
To order Family Protection as part of our all-in-one security solution, please visit the Verizon Internet Security Suite Shop page.
And I am a broadband service subscriber, does anybody knows what can I do?
Thanks.

You posted under FIOS Internet rather than High Speed Internet. Do you have DSL or FIOS? If you have FIOS you are not a broadband subscriber.

Thank you for your answer!
Yes Im am a FIOS subscriber but wht is weird is that I had FIOS in my old house and I was able to download that file, I move to another home, therefore a new contract was made and now I can't sownload it.
I know there is VISS but it does not contains parental controls.
Thank you.

Sounds like there was a change in their policy on it. VISS includes McAfee which has parental controls. Though you can buy McAfee cheaper by not getting it from Verizon. Norton also has parental controls. ThoughI don't know how effective either of them are as I've only looked at that function, not used it. Of the two I prefer Norton.
