Had phone and internet via generator power for 48 hours during storm, power back on but not fios. Have a green light on the box but nothing else. Power cycling doesn't work. Customer service is useless. Any advice on reseting the service?
If there are still pwoer outages in your area, then that may be the reason.
By box, I assume you are talking about ONT.
