My internet connection drops daily...been noticing this (daytime hours only, not monitoring overnight) for the last month + ever since I moved to Digital service...almost consistently at the same time as well for a bunch of days, but now has changed from AM to PM hours...

 

Any ideas as to what is going on...suggest router replacement but have not heard back from tech that was out here a week ago...

It could be a number of issues, wiring, modem, ONT, etc. I would try to get tech support to escalate the issue and have them monitor the line for at least 24 hours (more hours would be better)

When it does drop do you notice the connectivity light turn a differnet color than green?

Do you have the MI424WR  rev I router?
