Can anyone provide help here?
I need to unplug the ONT box for a few minutes and then plug back in. This gets the internet working again. It is happening more frequently. Called support and they go through the usual have you unplugged router, are lights on, etc...

Call them again. 1-800-VERIZON This time insist they do a truck roll to check out the ONT and the ethernet connection and router. Be insistant.

When it dies, have they had you check the lights on your ONT?
If not, do that next time. It may show an error that will help diagnose issue.
