Internet disconnecting every 10 mins.

I wrote almost an entire page and I just don't feel like writing it over again. My problem is internet just keep disconnecting every chance it gets. I have other people in my neighborhood experiencing the same issues. I caled tech out twice and nothing has been resolved.

O yeah forgot I connect my Ethernet cable.

You state that technicians have been dispatched on this issue at least twice.This sounds like there is a potential issue with ONT (was probably replaced so unlikely) or could be a signal issue at the drop and/or hub if effecting mulitple customers as you say.
