On to of the asinine problems with the TV service (so far since last aug have had to call in once a month to reset signal, also now on my FOURTH set-top box), now my internet service has just fallen apart. For the last week now on a daily basis, and well before several times a week, the service just randomly stops working. I lose all connection for 10-30 seconds at a time. Sometimes it will do this 3-4 times in a row before stabilizing (drop out, reset, drop out right away again). I'm done, I've had it. Screw it. Calling comcast next week to look for a good package. Had them in Washington State and rarely had any issues.

Where is the customer service Elizabeth? No apology for the poor service, instead your attitude is - go fix it yourself.
