Internet keeps going out

Hi, The only way I can get on the internet is by unplugging my modem for 5 minutes and then plugging it back in. That will get me online for around ten minutes and than I lose the connection again. Verizon In-Home Agent will then say "No internet connection' unable to correct problem. Two different wired computer connections and one wireless device all do the same thing. The problem just started today. The widgets on my TV also say unable to connect
