Hi everyone,
For the last 2-3 weeks I have been encountered the internet disconnected with either DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG or DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN message. It disconnected for about 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes then reconnects. It started with couple times a day and now it happens every 10-15 minutes or less.
I rebooted the router, unpluged the power from the router for a minute and plugged power back on, and many other steps according to the Verizon support page. None fixes the issue.
Can someone helps.

Are you using your own router or a FIOS router?
How is device connected? WiFi or ethernet?
Is it only happening on one device?

I've been having the same issue for the last month on all devices. Using FIOS router with wifi connections.

I have the same issue as well and have tried all the troubleshooting remedies to fix it to no avail
