Our Internet looks to have been down for over 1 1/2 hours in Flower Mound, TX, and I was wondering if there's an easy way to check for kinown outages. The automated support referred me to a link http://www.verizon.com/outage but I just get the message We're sorry.... We are not able to process your request. To continue, please select one of the following options...
Under "Notification Settings" in your Profile is an option to be notified of outages that affect your service. You can receive these alerts via email and cell phone text message. To late to help this time, but it should be helpful in the future.
