I'm a foreign student planning to study in the USA, Penn State.
I'll start studying as soon as summer ends. So I tried using the availibility button but I don't have an address yet so it's not much of a help.
So I was wondering if you could help. So is it available ? Or is it available in some areas & some not?

Penn State (University Park) and State College (the surrounding town) are actually pretty large areas. While I don't know specifically where FiOS may be (if it is in the area at all), the answer to your question will really vary by where you eventually end up living. If you're living on campus, much of that is regulated by the campus housing authority for connectivity, etc. where as the graduate living facilities, apartment complexes, etc. are all subject to different offerings. If you're living on campus, you really want to be talking with the university about what services are provided to your dorm room.
