Itunes - Locks up during downloads

Whn trying to download a purchase my actiontech router keeps locking up and I have to keep resetting the router.  I have tried plugging another router into the actiontech, plugging straight into the actiontech and I keep get the same results.  If I don't download from itunes its fine.  I have tried it from two different operating systems (XP and Windows 7).

I have found that if your family is a heavu user of the internet (e.g. iTunes + PS3 or You tube video), you almost need to reboot the Actiontec router dailiy to clear out it's IP cache.  SInce I have started doing this, my router no longer hangs up

I have a bare bones PC with 2 network cards for a router. Running IP Cop and it will show every connection active in the table. Looking at Smoothwall but the cop is working good for me.
