Like a bunch of people here i'm having a problem with my fios billing after going through the symetrical upgrade process, it initially quotes my a price much lower than what my service statement now says. I can understand if it was a mistake on verizons website and i'm not even asking them to honor that price i just would like my old fios plan back. The problem is i've been trying the past two days either through chat or the phone and no one has been able to help to me. I'm hoping someone sees this and can help me with my problem, thank you.
I noticed last night that it was quoting my current price as the price I had before they raised it by 12%. As a side note, they do this so often that I'm now paying almost double what I paid 10 years ago when I first became a customer. I can't wait for Google Fiber to come here it it ever does.
