The link to the Virginia FIOS/FTTP construction schedule is broken.

I tired calling various customer support numbers but no one knows how to contact the department responsible for the website.
There needs to be someway to report problems with the Verizon websites.

There is. At the bottom of every page (at least every page I have looked at) there is a "site feedback" link where you can enter your comments. I think that would be the best way, at least worth a try.
