when playing xbox one wireless on (5G) and PS4 wired and wireless 2.4G i lose keep getting dropped and the message lost connection. The router stays white on the globe and the wireless signal. I have the fios quantum router. Signal is strong. Interference is ruled out because the wired connection also drops. Does anyone have any suggestions or thoughts? The techs state everything is fine based on speed tests. Of course when they were here nothing happened.

Sort of like when you go to the doctor.
you cannot duplicate your illness when you walk in 😀
It may very well be your router and if you call 1-800-VERIZON and speak to tech support let them get you another one. You might also want to use your own purchased router and see if that fixed your issue.
Good Luck

#2 How is the NAT router connected to the ONT:
a) Ethernet - almost looks like a phone wire but is not.
b) Moca - is a TV cable
#3 Besides FIOS Internet, do you also have:
a) FIOS TV?
b) FIOS Phone?
#4 Is UPnP enabled in the NAT router?

Try turning off Auto Channel selection. Just in case your router happens to be hopping channels while in game.
Other than that, any luck if you were to try wiring into the router? If it's problematic even with a wire, it's easier to get Verizon to troubleshoot the connection more.
Also if you're seeing slower than expected speeds, also bring that up to Verizon.
