Low Hanging Wire/Dangerous Hazard

I am reporting a Very Low Hanging Verizon Wire. It is dangling from the pole, hanging about 5 feet from the ground. Customer Service was no help. I am documenting this Hazard here. This is the 2nd time in 2 years that this problem occurred.

Call the engineering department in your locality. They can assist.

if it is a real hazard call your local police department.
