I have IIS running on my home computer:
I forwarded http on my router to my computer's IP:
Here's my router's IP:
Yet, when I go to http://108.36.198.163 from outside the firewall, I get this:
What am I missing?

That looks like a good config on the Verizon Router.
FWIW I could not access your webpage by IP either.
Also I can't even ping that IP address. Do you have that functionality disabled in the router?
Also - you might have to allow IIS and the respective ports in your home firewall.
A Firewall like Norton could block your IIS from being reachable.

I may have ping disabled on the firewall - not sure.
It has since occurred to me that I my Win8 firewall is blocking the port - I'm going to investigate that as soon as I get home.
