I have IIS running on my home computer:

I forwarded http on my router to my computer's IP:

Here's my router's IP:

Yet, when I go to http://108.36.198.163 from outside the firewall, I get this:

What am I missing?

That looks like a good config on the Verizon Router.

FWIW I could not access your webpage by IP either.

Also I can't even ping that IP address.   Do you have that functionality disabled in the router?

Also - you might have to allow IIS and the respective ports in your home firewall.

A Firewall like Norton could block your IIS from being reachable.

I may have ping disabled on the firewall - not sure.

It has since occurred to me that I my Win8 firewall is blocking the port - I'm going to investigate that as soon as I get home.
