MI424WR Router turned off, only two Ethernet port lights turn on when turned back on.

I have the Fios GigE wireless N router and last night it shut off while I was sleeping on its own. When I went to turn it on this morning only two Ethernet lights lit up and nothing else, not even the power light.

My initial thought was maybe it went to sleep or something? But I have no idea to bring it out of this state. I have shut it off and unplugged cable for over 5 min and still no response.

Any help would be great! Thanks!

Sounds like you need to contact customer support.  1-800-VERIZON  if you want to call.

It was a defective router (hardware). They overnighted me a new one.

Thanks.
