I'm upgrading to 200/200 Mbps service and wanted to keep my existing MI424WR Rev I router without having to purchase a G1100.  Will I get full speed out of this?

According to this https://www.actiontec.com/products/wifi-routers-gateways/fiber/bhr-rev-i/

it handles up to gigabyte speeds.

It depends.

For wired connections, you are good.

For wireless, this router only has the 2.4 GHz band.

You will get better speed by upgrading router or adding a WiFi ap.
