Macbook Pro internet / wifi

I have a Macbook Pro that was not used much.  Not sure it was ever connected to our FIOS network.  I connect to the FIOS router fine but it does not connect out to the internet.  Working fine on alternate WiFi (Phone, which I'm on currently)

My wife has a similar Macbook Pro for work that is using the FIOS network wifi/internet fine in the house.    Her hardware is probably newer. 

 

Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6

Macbook 2012 vintage.
