Mailing address for billing disputes?

Does anyone know the mailing address for billing disputes?  Verizon seems to go great lengths to hide it.  I have not found their phone support to inspire confidence so I need to put some things in writing.

please note by law if you contact Verizon no matter what service they must give you a valid address to send any written dispute.

the Federal Law simply states you send a letter (I would use a certified return receipt) to the billing address on your invoice.

That is not surprising. Companies will jump hoops to get your business.

then make the consumer jump through hoops to cancel service.
