Malwarebytes says this file is malicious...Verizon_HST_stub.exe

I have Malwarebytes running in realtime on my PC and this AM it had deleted these two files

Files Infected:
C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\Temp\Verizon_Installer\Setup\EndProcess.exe (Trojan.Agent) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.
C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\Temp\Verizon_Installer\Setup\UninstallOldClient.exe (Trojan.Agent) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

and had this file locked up in quarantine:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Verizon\FiOS\ihs\pkgs\Verizon_HST_stub.exe

Can a responsible admin please tell me what just happened here and whether or not it was supposed to happen at all?

Should I allow this app to run?
