When I try to transmit my TurboxTax returns I'm getting a message that the returns can't be submitted because the connection isn't secure. Security setting at WPA2, using Chrome on Windows 8.1. Any suggestions?

Strange message.
i would try using another browser first.
Google is a nice browser but I would try the Firefox one to see if that helps.
a good thing about online tax software you can save and return later from any machine even a work or friends computer.

Its a browser security issue.
Websites don't know anything about the type of connection you have.
maybe check with turbo tax.
