Verizon has succeeded in forcing the work onto the customer. Infuriating. I refuse to call; robot voice menu layers and inapplicable choices make the customer spend time and effort on the phone. Often wasted, because customer support is too busy. I tried to send a message to billing about payment. Impossible through the billing-and-payments contact link. SO, BILLING, HERE IT IS ----- I mailed a check for $250, for FiOS, in the local post office today. Where are the paper, snail-mail bills you promised me a couple of months ago. Do NOT tell me to go on-line and download the bill. That is making me do the work you promised to do. You promised to send them in the mail.

Hello MrsCowan1954,
This community is meant mainly for peer-to-peer support. If you need to talk to a Verizon representative, you should contact customer service directly.
