I moved and brought service to new address. In so doing, I got the new set top box with voice control.  Service works. However when I log in to the app, all I can see is a stripped down screen where I can view my bill, which is $0.00. 

 

Can no no longer use any of the other features on the app. Does anyone know what’s going on. I’m sure it’s tied to moving my service. Does anyone know how I can restore it?
