Moving in 2 weeks and order still on hold after a month

Hi,

 

I set up my account a month ago and sent in the proof of residency to Verizon but my order is still on hold. I work from home and if I don’t have my equipment by move in date, I may be at risk of losing my job. If anyone can help, please let me know.
